I been taking Trader Joes Whey Protein drink for 3 months, it has helped me get my protein and loose weight. I have only been taking 2 scoops after workouts, the scoops are small (only 32g for both scoops). Its only 17g of protein for the 2 scoops, its low but not to much concerned since i like the flavor.

Now that I am going for muscle gain I'm planing on taking 4 scoops (64g total which is what most protein drinks in the market are with there 2 big scoops). However I noticed that Trader Joes has a bunch of mineral and vitamins, and if I take 4 scoops they would be kind a high, so wanted a professionals opinion (should i even take multi vitamin pills with this?)..The Nutritional chart below is if I were to take 2 scoops, but im planing on taking double:

You'll be hard-pressed to OD on vitamins. That takes quite an effort. It's very hard to OD on vitamins from food especially. And water-soluble vitamins you're flushing out all day long. You'll be fine.

The multi-vitamin is chock full of antioxidants. Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin E... among many others...are antioxidants.
