Whats up everyone, i'm knuckles and new here. Love the site!

Anyways, i'm 19 6'0 and 255. I'm pretty muscular already as I used to play football but I have a gut and love handles and am nowhere near where I want to be. I randomly got inspired to get back into shape because I lost a pant size naturally. Can someone here please give me some advice as far as a diet that is extremely easy to make and maintain? (I don't care if I eat the same thing every day, I want results)

I'm thinking things like tuna, grilled chicken salads, power bars, protein shakes (what brand and kind (lite?)) anyone know if like frozen foods that are healthy and easy to make? Canned chicken? And all I drink is water.

Also how much and often should I be eating to cut fat.

I appreciate any and all advice or input. I need easy! :) Thanks guys!

One last thing, my regimen is 30-45 min HIIT cardio of sprinting/powerwalking daily. Not sure on weights what im going to do thats another post. :)
