im lactose intolerant and i cant drink any type of milk, 1%, 2% or skim or whole.. i can buy lactose free milk but it is very expensive.. $6 for 2 litres.. i use half a cup a day in my protein shakes.. i dont eat yogurt either as it also upsets my stomach.. if i take calcium pills will i be fine without milk?

i dont wanna eat anything of that.. i already get my vegetables everday.. ill jusy buy a calcium pills

So you get a great suggestion and a way to incorporate some good veggies into your diet and you don't want to pursue them 'because you already get enough veggies?'

If you were already going to take the calcium pills why did you start this thread?
