I'm definitely seeing strength increase and am seeing some muscle size increase although at a much slower rate than preferred. I however, have stayed at the same weight for about 2 months. Like a lot of people, I feel like I've been eating a ton, but I think what I'm doing is eating a ton of low calorie foods perhaps. Ie, I drink 2 shakes a day, but together they probably only equal 800 ish calories.

Simply put, what are some high calorie foods that I can eat to help me increase my weight? What's something you guys have as a mainstay in your bulking diets?

Irrelevant, I'm asking for foods that are high in calories, not ways to count calories. Thanks though, however I already know about fitday.

buy dextrose add it into your shake there is 200-300 calories, add a tbsp of olive oil to each shake there is 100+ calories each, and add peanut butter

When you dip them in peanut butter, roll them in corn starch and then deep fry them. 1000 calorie celery stick? Yes please.

Fat= 9 calories per gram

Fat is calorie dense which is why everyone will tell you penut butter. You can eat penut butter, add olive oil to your salads, choose steak instead of chicken etc..

if you already knew about fitday then you sholdn't be asking this question since you'd be aware that the sticky has the answer to this very question.
