ive been doing the atkins for 3 days straight strictly and i dunt know if im in ketosis what are ways of telling except keto sticks, bad breath, and bad smell in urine

Well, those methods right there should be good enough. I'd say by the 4th day, if you've kept carbs below ~20g, you're definately there.

But I'd invest in some ketostix anyway, they're a great motivation.

Basically, you're going to lower your carb intake to less than 20g. Watch for hidden carbs. Your protein should be about 20-30% of calories, and the rest fat. Don't worry if that puts you at less than 1g protein per pound of bodyweight, those rules don't apply in ketosis because fat is the preffered fuel. Read the faq!

well im 15 years old
about 159 lbs
body fat about 18

lose about 10 percent body fat and im about 5'6
