How much do you drink a day?

I usually get about 3 liters of whole milk a day.

2cups of Whole Milk + 3 scoops of NITREAN = Easy and Tasty Calories

between 3-5 liters... depending on what i'm doing that day, what other food is in the house, how warm it is (on really hot days i prefer water).
most ever i drunk in one day was 7 liters; was workin an 11 hour shift on christmas week in a very busy supermarket. the whole day i was walking about and lifting heavy boxes. so during my 3 breaks i drunk 2 liters with watever i was eating... and had a liter before i went to work.

I drink semi-skimmed:
1 liter = 500 cals, 35 grams of protein, 48 grams of carbs, 18 grams of fat

Wow, I never even drink half a litre a day. Three litres is like three-quarters of a gallon! I don't think my stomach could even process that.

Around 2 right now, probably 4 or 5 when bulking.

Since joining the site ive realized a gallon a day keeps the skinny away. When im not trying to cut weight too strictly i get in my gallon a day (2%) which is like 3.75 liters. Never used to drink milk but i love the stuff now.

I was drinking about a gallon every 3 days on average, but now I'm keeping my carbs pretty low, so I only drink it with my breakfast shake, which is about 1.5 to 2 cups per day.

-2L when gaining weight

About 3.5 when bulking, whole. 1 skim when cutting. I don't even know how anyone could not drink milk...I'd end up looking like an ethiopian marathon runner.

I have been gaining 1 pound per week since I started drinking 15 ounces/1 scoop nitrean 3 times a day. Milk is amazing for gaining mass.

Zero.

When Im trying to lose weight, its calories that I would rather use towards solid food...so water is my only drink of choice. Milk is one of those things I enjoy so much that it gets out of hand fast. A glass does nothing for me...its like eating a single brownie...whats the point? Its easier to have none than to restrict myself to a glass or two. Im that weak with ice cold milk ;)

Trying to add mass? Different story...depends on the day then.

When bulking, it's a few cups per day.

When cutting, I don't drink any. Just strictly water and cranberry juice.

Oh dang, right around the average. I drink around 1-2 liters a day, though I can definitely tell on days I drink more I'm way more gassy.

This thread is hilarious btw.

Jesus christ man, I thought I drank a lot of whole milk . Did you smell like milk after this day?

^^

hah look at the extremes. Did you develop lactose intolerance or have you always had it?

This is so me. Milk is such a drug--addicting, tolerance building, and eventually your body starts to reject it LOL. This has happened to my brother and now, its slowly happening to me.

For those of you with who kind of get sick from milk did you develop it or have you always had it? I think I've slowly developed it, but I've always wondered if thats the case for everybody.

Seriously though, can you imagine if someone from the general public read this thread??

"How much do you drink a day?"

A small amount of 2% milk in my coffee/tea daily and the odd bowl of cereal. Personally, I've never drink that much milk or any other food. Ingesting any one type of food the key is moderation.

Hah! Hey i'm from Canada and i'm with ya buddy. Down with the metric system...!

As for milk, hated it as a kid, as a teen and as an adult... which also means i'm not terribly tall. Then i started lifting 5 1/2 years ago, i took zero supplements, but drank about half a gallon ov chocolate milk a day (has to be chocolate though). I made MAD gains in size and strength. My body wasn't terribly happy about all that milk, but since i dont believe in lactose intolerance, i just made it adapt. Over time (about 5 months) no more issues.

Then i stopped drinking it entirely. Started on protein powder in water instead. Still made good strength gains, but the weight gains slowed. My bodyfat % dropped 2% almost overnight. Haven't had any in over four years now.

That said, next bulk i do (to hit that big bench goal) i think i'm gonna go back to it and see if those mad size gains return. I know WAY more more training and nutrition now, so it should be an interesting experiment.

Right now, I'm on a PSMF so milk isn't on the menu because of the sugars. Normally, I can go through a half gallon a day minimum. Hell, the day after Halloween, I threw that down just with my hangover breakfast.
