I weigh about 154lbs..
and I asked a personal trainer..
and he said..I need to take 200g of protein..
250g of carbohydrate..
and 100g of fat(moderate)..
to increase mass..
is this true??
I just wonder about the word "moderation"..
please reply me asap..thx:confused:

The 200g of protein is correct but if you want to put on mass you need more carbs than that.I believe that(but I might be mistaken)that your carbs should be around 500g.The fat might be a bit high but if you choose to keep it that high try to get the fats from EFA since those are the best fats.Hope this answers your question

try to get more of your fat from olive oil, veg oil, nuts, cheese. Take less of dairy and animal fat.
