Trained at the EliteFTS compound this weekend. Training with really strong guys can bring the best out of you. It did for me this weekend. The 525 with doubled monster mini bands is a 30 lb pr. I did 495 for 10 off the 3 board close grip after that (no vid). I still had more in me so I went 515x10 off the 3 board with a medium grip after that. I'm ready to compete!

It was a great weekend. I'll report back later. Just wanted to get something up for now. I need some sleep after the 10 hour drive back.

Strong as hell, great job. Vincent, I just started doing the 3 boards again tonight and was wondering what kind of sets and reps I need to do to increase my lock out Raw and shirted? Do you have a percentage you use for the weight used? Thanks in advance and stay strong.

The best advice I can give you for boards is how i treat all my other assistance, just do it. I don't know what my rep schemes and pr's like I do with my ME exercises. My lockout has gotten much stronger now that I have been keeping my board work with higher reps. I just pick a board and usually do a couple sets of 10-20 reps. If the first set is too easy, I add some weight. It does not have to be difficult to figure out. Just work hard.

Thanks for the info on the boards. I will just start doing several sets and see what happens.
