I think you are allowed 20 g. or carbs per day, spread out the whole day of course.

Not with 1 gram. If ur still worried, then buy a mayo without sugar. In a keto you have to avoid all kinds of carbs, like: sugar, starches (bread, rice, noodles,etc.) , fruits, veggies with alot of carbs, etc. I suggest you read about keto and all the keto diets. There are alot of threads and articles in this website, use the 'search' function.

Just to add to your post CD, I think cwny69 is confusing eating 1 gram of sugar with spiking insulin.

To spike insulin you're gonna need much more than 1 gram. Some people who spike their insulin for post workout uses about 50-70 grams of high GI sugar like dextrose or maltodextrin ALL AT ONE TIME.
