Cut up chicken breasts into bite size pieces and marinate in oyster sauce and salt for 15 mins.

Shell raw shrimp and marinate in olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic for 15 minutes.

In a heated pan, add a lil butter and some diced onions. After a few minutes, add your chicken. Once the chicken is about 3/4 of the way done, toss in your shrimp. Toss that all together and hit it up with some chili flakes and a cup of cream. Thicken with a sprinkle of blending flour.

Serve on its own or over pasta or rice. I like it with penne.

PVD, I use reg pasta but try it with whole grain. I like spicy food so I tend to add chili flakes in my cooking. You can skip that. It's really good. Had it recently.

That is awesome. I have used the oyster sauce and cream combo many times. Beef, chicken, shrimp, pork....its great with any of them!

Only thing is the addition of salt when marinading. There is enough salt in oyster sauce to curl your lips back anyway. I wouldnt add any more.
