View Full Version : I can't get fat, so throw anything at me

In a nutshell:

I currently weigh 148lbs and I'm 5'9
It takes me 2 weeks of training to at least gain maybe a pound (if im luck)
I'm taking nitrean and results
I have almost no fat stored and I cant gain any fat at all no matter what I eat.


But i tend to get full very fast so throw me the most calorie-dense, calorie-packed bulking food you can!

Go!

(thanks, seriously save me I'm a freak of nature I just CANT get fat and it takes me ages to gain any weight...specially in muscle!)

i used to say the same thing as you...that my body was just freakish in it's ability to burn fat and not gain weight. but really, you're probably just not eating as much as you think you are. count your calories. i was 6'0'' 140 now i'm 162 in about two months time. and yes, the bako shake is amazing for a weight gainer, and you WILL gain fat, so hit the weights hard.

As much whole milk as you can drink, loads of good stuffs in it. Look into the GOMAD diet.
