Been researching this a lot as of late. Read dozens of articles and here are a few foods that keep coming up. Please add to this, if you like:
Whole eggs, whole milk, red meat, salmon, apples, spinach, broccoli, tomato, cheese, avacados, nuts and olives.
The general idea seems to be that cholesterol and fat are needed to increase test and fat free dieting will inhibit strength and muscle gain.
