Been researching this a lot as of late. Read dozens of articles and here are a few foods that keep coming up. Please add to this, if you like:

Whole eggs, whole milk, red meat, salmon, apples, spinach, broccoli, tomato, cheese, avacados, nuts and olives.


The general idea seems to be that cholesterol and fat are needed to increase test and fat free dieting will inhibit strength and muscle gain.

I think you may have misunderstood what you read.

Yes, restricting fat intake, including saturated fat, too much will result in decreased testosterone levels.

But eating MORE of these foods won't boost your test levels beyond normal. Its like taking ZMA...if you're deficient in Z or M, the supplement can help...but if you're already doing good on those, it serves no benefit beyond a good nights sleep.

Fats are needed to produce test and many other hormones in your body.
