View Full Version : help with my grocery list for a cut diet

Well I've been trying to lose weight and so far so good in five weeks im down from 226 to 212 however i still feel my diet could be better

Ive been eating lots of chicken, some yogurt or oatmeal for breakfast and some whey protein after workouts, I also turkey and some veggies. I should add i hate tuna and fish for that matter

Just wondering if you have an idea of what i shoudl get when i go to the store and any sort of good cut meal plan.

Steak
Beef
Veggies
Eggs
Oatmeal
Whole wheat bread
Brown Rice
Whole Milk
Olive oil
Bacon

I dunno, that should be good. All I ever get from the grocery store is milk, eggs, cheese, veggies, chicken, and bananas.

Just eat a lot of protein and fat, and stay low carb for at least 5 days of the week.
