Boil your taters and mash em up. Add in a whole bulb of roasted garlic, a small tub of smooth ricotta cheese and a few chives, salt n pepper. Add whole milk in small pours till you get the consistency you like. Having this next to a t-bone tonight.

Is your roasted garlic chopped? I sure as hell wouldnt want to eat a whole clove, even if it was roasted!

Josh, I roast the bulb in olive oil and salt n pepper in the oven. The cloves slip right out and are as soft as can be. You just mash them into the taters like a puree.
