I have been gaining lean weight at a sluggish pace

but i need to gain more weight. any weight
and fast

the reason I made a new thread is because most people ask how to gain healthy lean weight

im asking just any weight hopefully a combo of fat and muscle

any rediculous shakes?

maybe 2 bako shakes a day

Im not sure but i need drastic measures haha

yeah, 2 of those bako shakes might kill you, but it will put on some weight.

Eat more food, more protein, more everything..

I could barely put down one bako shake a day. Those things are intense

Hah just be careful about the 'eat everything' idea. You WILL gain weight if you eat cheeseburgers all day, but you'll also die early if you get into that habit.

I'd say start doing some serious lifts like power cleans and dead lifts, squats, bench (if you aren't already). Move as much weight as possible as long as your form is good.

If you're ever jogging, stop and start doing sprints. 10-20 min of sprints will do much better for your goals than jogging.

peanut butter before bed with some whole milk. I think I saw that on here...it does work.

It is all about calories. Just eat more calories. Ice cream, candy, whatever is easy to get more calories.

Whole milk. Drink tons, drink till you puke, then drink some more.

I did this for a month. Think I gained like 8 pounds, mostly fat, haha. But I did get bigger and stronger.

This may help you, these are the common ingredients I researched that most people on this forums use in their shakes:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups milk - 200cal
2 cups of berries
1 cup of yogurt
2 scoop of protein powder
1 banana
2 tbsp Honey
1 cup oats - 375cal

Adjust it however you like.
