New guy - asking for advice

Ok, I'm out of shape. NO excuses of substance.

I could blame my hectic work schedule (true) and my part-time college on top of things (also true) - but the reality is I have become lazy.

I work out with press-ups every now and then and a game of football but it's not enough and my diet is distinctly poor.

Here are some photos taken today of me.

What do you guys consider appropriate action?

- which muscle groups to work on the most?
- next steps? best exercises?


All advice welcomed.

Start lifting and eating right now. Seriously though, what are your goals? Gain muscle? Loose mass? Get stronger ect... With some info I'm sure there are a bunch of guys here with great advice.
