like unless you need to change directions from bulk to cut, will you always benefit from the exact same diet? like as far as statistic wise it meets your needs, can you eat literaly the same items in the same order week after week, or do you have to change it up? i guess what im trying to say is there a plateau effect with diets like there is with workouts?

Your body adjust and so does your maintence levels. If you bulking on 4500 calories but put on 25lbs, those extra 25lbs now take more calories to maintain so you'll have to keep adding more and more calories as you get bigger and bigger. Same thing for cutting.

so i should eventually notice a certain weight that i dont drop below, then at the point i need to reduce correct? and so does eating the same foods work until that point?

It should work until you stall out. Then you can add more exercise or less calories.
