eat even if im not hungry? ive finally gotten around to doing the 5-6 small meals a day. so what do i do when its the time imsupposed to eat next and im really not hungry. i woke up today and ate 3 eggwhites with a little salsa and now its about a quarters till one and im not really feeling any hunger pains

When you eat 5-6 meals a day, you usually aren't going to be hungry. Eat anyway if you are trying to gain. And 3 eggwhites+salsa? What else? That's like 70 calories?

thats was it and after that i had a cup of baby lima beans which is a little over 110 calories. is that like too low of a caloric intake for an average meal for cutting? im not like starving myself or anything i really dont get hungry throughout the day this way.

I just set the number of calories I want to consume in a day.. and eat however much is required to reach it regardless if im hungry or not

You do whatever your diet plans says. As long as you hit your macros/calories do whatever.

If you don't take in more protein than that, you won't have anything to cut down to. You "cut" so you can see the muscle. No protein, no muscle.

This. Although if you're cutting, it's usually better to skip if meal if you're REALLY full. In the same way that if you're bulking, it's alright to have an extra meal every now and again. However, you should be sticking as close as possible to your diet plan to maximize results.
