Glad to see that deadlift is on the move up. The tension looked pretty crazy with those greens.

Yeah, I've never set up band deadlifts til the last month or so. They are tough, but I think they're helping. What's odd is the more I train conventional the more weight I keep pulling sumo!

I started focusing on conventional with the intent of switching to it for competition, but I'll occasionally test sumo to be sure I use my best pull at the meet; and my sumo keeps going up without training pulls that way, only conventional.

I think it was 100's at the front and 95's at the back.

Great work! I just tried these tonight for the first time and loved them. How deep is your platform? Ours is like 8' x 8' I think and the bands were stretched to hell, lol.

I think ours is 8' x 4', and 3 1/2 high
