im like a dr. pepper addict but ive been drinking nothing but water over the past few days. i read somewhere on scoobysworkshop.com that if you're just craving something carbonated you can get a bottle of seltzer water and a fruit oil i.e. lime oil or lemon oil and put a drop of oil in the glass of water and now you got a substitute soft drink with no calories. anyone done that? does it taste good?

Try the flavored water at Walmart! It has light carbonation and has that little burn when you drink it! It does have aspertame in it so don't go crazy! I like to drink it when I eat,I don't like water with meals.

Don't worry about aspartame.

Don't worry about aspartame.

Why not I have heard it is hard on joints? Is that another common misconception? I have unlearned alot of things by reading lately maybe this is another one! LMK Thanks

its just two amino acids hooked together, dunno why that would be hard on your joints.

There is a lot of conflicting reports when you look up aspartame. I will just stick to moderation always works! Regular water is always good for you! Thanks

I love Coke Zero!

Word, its great. I can't stand real soft drinks anymore, its just too much for me.

I mean;

You drink down 12 tablespoons of sugar, and the added acids stop you from being sick right then and there.

Then your insulin spikes.

Then your spike starts to wear off and you begin to feel starving/tired/fatigued.

Then the caffiene kicks in.

Blah.

Haha that's pretty much it.

BTW, I had a Pepsi zero or whatever they call their version of it. It was horrible! Stick to Coke Zero, they did it right!

actually soda shops back in the early 1900s operated this way, they would first put the flavor then the water

hmm..... i dnt know if walmart or sams club may have it but they make this already its a sugar free natural flavored soda , it has 0 calories, 0 sugars as well

its not that bad i like it , but if ur craving a soda that bad just have one but dont make it a habbit
