look at granola man, good stuff. and healthy to boot, grab a bag of FEED's Blueberry Almond granola (toss a few more almonds in to it). its all good.
for non-healthy, theres fast food. go be the King my friend. (not recommended)

I toss in two raw eggs with my shake. Sounds gross, but it's smoother than you'd think.
I've also tried homemade eggnog: milk, raw eggs, spoonfull of peanut butter, and maple syrup. It's cheap, quick, and filling. Don't know the calorie amount, but I'm sure it's something decent for an on-the-run liquid meal.
To be honest, I'll indulge in a Big Mac meal often. It's almost 1000 calories the meal. Granted, there's a lot of issues with fast food. I recommend skimming through this:

Just don't opt for the soda.

Beer....
lol in all actuality ive noticed i had my weight gain clients experience the best results by adding some peanut butter to their shakes, a little goes a long way, two table spoons mixes rather easy with most protein shakes and that will give you about 300-350 plus calories depending on the brand of PB, do that 2 -3 times a day there is an extra 650-1000 cals per day

try some fruit spreads. like stuff you would put on a bagel. i have a helathier version of a fruit spread in the fridge and its still 50 calories a tbsp. its gotta mix well and taste good and by the time you put a noticeable glob youll have a p!@# load of calories too

Canola oil is pretty calorie dense, if you can stomach it.
I made it through one bulking season throwing 3/4 of a cup of canola oil into my protein shakes, and I am actually gagging slightly as I type this.

Keep a bag of cashews lying around the house at all times and eat a handful every time you pass by. Lots of delish cals there, baby.
As for high fat and high cal shakes, mix ben n jerry's with natty pb and chocolate milk.
