Wow, I have no idea how this made it to the bottom of the page with no replies. Amazing benching man!!! What type of shirt is that?

Thanks dxiw. It's an OLD rage-x. About a 4 year old shirt, it's before they made it with thicker material.

I've never understood using boards for bench, whats it supposed to do?

The boards limit the range of movement, so you train a specific portion of the lift. You should definately try them!

So if you're having trouble getting to lock out you put so many boards up so you're only training that part of the lift?

They also can be used to handle more weight since the ROM is limited; helps you adapt to heavier loads.

You don't frequent the powerlifting forum here? Even if you don't "powerlift" I suggest checking it out daily. There is a ton of great training information in there.
