Hi all,

i'm thinking of adjusting my plan so that it's



7-8am: 2 tuna steaks, 4 (small) potatoes, some sauce. ~75g+ of protein.

11-12: relfex instant whey protein shake 3 scoops, 400ml milk. 40g of prot.

1-3pm: light snack, for instance, crisps.

4-5pm: 2 tuna steaks, pasta, cheese etc. ~75g+ of protein

8-9pm: a fair portion of chicken with rice etc. 50g+ of protein?

before bed --- roughly 12: relfex instant whey protein shake 3 scoops, 400ml milk. 40g of prot.


instead of


7am: 1 can of tuna with 2 slices of bread
or mix the tuna with scrambled eggs.

10-11am: 3 scoops of reflex of instant whey in semi skimmed milk

1pm: tuna steak in bun

4pm: tuna steak in bun

~6pm: 3 scoops of reflex of instant whey in semi skimmed milk

7-8pm: chicken with rice/pasta.

10-11pm: chicken/tuna steak with barbecue sauce.

i'm now 70.9kg at 5"7 with 15.8% BF (measured about 1 1/2 weeks ago). BMI is at 24.0.

please advice.
