Whats up guys,

So next week is my deload week I just finished west side for fat bastards(trying to lose a few extra pounds before my wedding.) < but keep my power and strength, i lost 11 pounds. :0)

Since early march i have been flirting with trying sheiko 29, but have not done some because of the volume of training and I'm worried I'll burn myself out and hit the wall.

what im getting at is should i give it a try or should i just run the basic west side template?

why not stick with ws4sb? Anything will work as long as you stick with it.

If the Westside stuff you've done is working, then why change?
