Hi all,

is it possible to bulk using something like the following

7am: 2 eggs, 1 can of tuna - 45g of protein
10am: reflex instant whey, 3 scoops with semi-skimmed milk - 40g of protein
12pm: 10am: reflex instant whey, 3 scoops with semi-skimmed milk - 40g of protein
2pm: tuna steak in bread - 35g protein
5-6pm: 10am: reflex instant whey, 3 scoops with semi-skimmed milk - 40g of protein
8pm: chicken breast or tuna steak with pasta/rice. 35g+ protein
10pm: reflex instant whey, 3 scoops with semi-skimmed milk - 40g of protein

i.e., most of the protein comes from the shake.

I'm considering using Reflex Instant Mass instead of Whey if do follow this approach and throwing in another shake.

I'm 5"7 at ~70kg.

It depends on the type of tuna.

It doesn't look like you have enough fat in that diet. Keep in mind, that to keep your hormone levels in balance (ie testosterone) you need to get plenty of healthy fats.

EDIT: How did I miss this? You need to eat fruits and veggies as well.

no disrespect, but as long as i see results i'm fine with it.

like mercuryblade said, it does depend, but it's not about results it's about death by mercury poisoning

As for can that diet work, is it more calories then maintence? If so it should be fine.

yeah if the mercury toxicity doesn't get you, the liquid ass combined with random constipation will.

Ever heard of 'fruits' or 'vegetables'?
