I'm a newbie to SS. Just wanted your opinions on this

11:00 - Cereal, glass of milk and a bit of fruit

12:00 - Gym

13:00 - Another bit of fruit, glass of milk and mabey a snack.

14:30 - Roast dinner, Potatoe, carrots/peas, Meat, mostly beef and sometimes pork, yorkshire puddings (I'm english)

15:00 - Milk

17:00 - Scrambled egg, milk and another peice of fruit

18:00 - Snack

19:00 - Milk

20:00 - Raw carrot

21:00 - Milk and snack

23:00 - Milk one more time and mabey a small meal


This is obviously something i made up just now, but is this the kind of diet i should be looking at while doing SS? Mabey some protein shakes mixed in there aswell.

Thoughts? I could be way off.

How much do you weigh? Are you cutting or bulking? I would starve to death on that diet, but I'm 235lbs. Definitely needs more protein, shoot for 1g per lbs of bodyweight.

I ate more than that when I didn't even lift.

Way to vague. We need macros. Calories/carbs/fat/protein. That could be a 2000 calories diet or a 20000 calorie diet. Without portions who knows.
