Hi guys. I've been training for 2-3 years and I've never really tracked my calories or tried to eat up to a certain amount each day. I guess I just tried to eat clean, lots of protein and I eat quiet a few carbs. And I never kept track of fat intake. All that may explain why I'm 17% body fat.
Anyway my question is, how do you track what you eat? Do you carry a note book around with you and write down everything you eat each day then calculate calories as you go? Or is each days meals pre-planned? Both (looks like it'd make sense)? Something else I can't think of?
Just thinking how/where I need to start. I work 10-11 hour days then hit the gym 4-5 days a week after work so I'm a bit strapped for time and organization.
Thanks in advance, Mick.
