I almost didn't click, its energy intensive having to click then switch tabs then watch a video. embedding rocks
pretty badass btw. also when you do reverse bands are you lifting more that you could otherwise and just working on lock out strength or are you lifting weight you can lift normally but have trouble locking out?

It gives a little boost of the floor. I feel it helps you try to speed past a sticking point and work with slightly more weight than without it.
