that dude is pretty impressive. He has some cool 300 workouts too. I think they're on metacafe.

What is the intended goal? Would this be your main workout, or would you do other stuff in addition?

It'd be something to try on off-days.

I know full well that I can't do the one-armed pullups and I don't think I can do one-armed pushups either. So it'd just be something fun to try, I guess.

I still intend to lift heavy, I like lifting a LOT more than cardio, but I do need to get some in to get rid of the beer belly :)

I probably would find something a little more geared towards recovery if this is to be on your off days

Are there any pages on here that give some good exercises for recovery? Just stuff I could do at the gym or at home.

I did a search but I never found anything.

I have a treadmill, exercise bike, up to 140lbs of weights, dumbbells and barbells.

EDIT: I also have one of the benches that can take up to 200kg worth of weight (including person), which has ability for butterfly curls and bench/incline bench.
