I went to the last seminar and got a 40 PR on my shirted bench. I highly recommend this to anyone serious about improving their bench press.

Jakked and Hardcore what more could you want? Seriously, if you are within a reasonable distance and don't go, you're a fool.

That's awesome. Burns is an incredible lifter and person. He is fun to lift with and even more fun to party with.

I might be interested in going, but I haven't broken into shirted benching yet. I don't really see any point till I get decent raw numbers.

Do you think this would be any benefit to a 290+ raw bencher? I'm sure my technique could use some work but I'm not a complete newb - I use an arch, leg drive, pinch the shoulder blades together together, etc.

It dont matter what level lifter you are. You will learn alot at the seminar. Remember--this sport is not a sprint--it's a marathon. Any nugget of training advice, tips, etc. will help you in the long run. Especially training with some of the best guys in the sport. Do it--you wont regret it.

Like chris said, it doesnt matter what level you are at, the knowledge that can be gained by working with top level lifters can be invaluable. Rob and I have been lifting for many years and we started by increasing our unequipped bench. I have benched 615 raw and Rob has benched over 6 raw as well, so we can help you a lot.

One of the main reasons we want to put on these seminars is to pass on knowledge about lifting we have gained over the years. In these seminars we cover lots of different exercises, techniques, pre and post workout nutrition..just a lot of stuff that can help any lifter at any level.

Highly recommend this guys.

Don't make excuses. Pay up and watch how easily you get big returns on your money. Seriously, being in the same seminar with these 3 guys is just ridiculous. Even though Sebastian isn't the one speaking, it'll ignite some very cool discussions that I wish I were going to be present for.

Anyone would learn a lot from being there, regardless of geared or raw or whatever level.

I went to Rob & Pauls last one and would probably go to this one but I already have other commitments that week(WABDL Worlds). With SB in attendence this one will be fantastic. You can't really put a price on knowledge, but $85 is a bargain IMO.

Can't believe seminars like this are going on while I'm stuck here in Aus.
I will have to fly over soon for a training holiday!
If you live near by you would be an idiot not to go, wish you guys could film this one-I know it's just not the same but I would love to see it!

You need to have a seminar in the Pittsburgh area. Maybe at Celli's Fitness or something. I want to come to one but 9+ hours is way to long.

I was kinda skeptical coming in to this seminar but I would do it again in a second. ..... I thought I was ahead of the game being able to touch 500 in one of the Overkill shirts ( topping out at 630)..... today Rob and Paul got me to touch 365 and I hit a big 675 pr..... thank you both

The seminar was fun! Jakked Hardcore was one of the coolest gyms I have ever been in! It definately has everything anyone would need to reach their goals in any strength sport. Thats all you can ask from a gym...
