Are there any pre-made stretching routines out there? I try and stretch but usually just push it off, and it definitely shows, I have terrible flexibility. I feel if I were to have a routine to look at and write out I would stick to it better (much like with my lifting routine).

Just search google and find 2 or 3 stretches per body part. Do hamstrings, hips, shoulders, etc. Foam rolling is good too. Just make up a quick routine of a few stretches and repeat
