I found out I am allergic to whey a week ago and any suggestions of high protein foods would be appreciated..
I basically been eating Chicken Breasts and Eggs alone.. (im cutting right now and its difficult for me to get even 1 gram of protein per bodyweight eating 2000 cals a day)
I cut from 205 to 184 so far.. I got 1.5% BF left to go and i'll be at 10% before I bulk up again
