I found out I am allergic to whey a week ago and any suggestions of high protein foods would be appreciated..

I basically been eating Chicken Breasts and Eggs alone.. (im cutting right now and its difficult for me to get even 1 gram of protein per bodyweight eating 2000 cals a day)

I cut from 205 to 184 so far.. I got 1.5% BF left to go and i'll be at 10% before I bulk up again

Red meat, poultry, fish, nuts and seeds.

eggs, fish, red meat, chicken, liver tabs, pork, soy protein, casein(i think is fine), nuts

Should be easy to get 200g of proten from these....

are you allergic to whey, or are you lactose intolerant?
there's plenty of protein powders out there that are lactose free and contain no soy.

Not lactose intolerant.. allergic to things that contain whey which results in me scratching my face/chest during my sleep unconsciously
