What do you guys drink after working out? I've heard whey protien, creatine, carbohydrates, grape juice, gatorade...

What do you specifically put in your body in the 5-60 minutes after finishing your workout?

Nope. And by "nope" I mean there isn't a clear answer for when to take it.

I drink a shake with carbo gain and whey mixed in milk.

I think it's been established that drinking creating before a workout will not result in the CP actually being in your muscles in time. Pre/post/during, it's all relative.

Water. I don't drink calories. I normally eat dinner after working out so it varies every day. Tuna, chicken, beef, etc.

I personally take 30g whey protein, 30g dextrose and 30g maltodextrin in about 750ml of water.
