I finally after three weeks of being in the gym have gotten around to organizing myself. I am starting this journal to keep track of my workouts as well as getting feedback. Please, be patient as I am new to weightlifting. Any assistance and advice is greatly appreciated.

So today was Day 5 of my routine, and it was my first day back after straining my back last week. It felt great to get back in the gym but many of my lifts suffered.

Here is what I did today. Please, if you have any suggestions or feedback please feel free to respond.

Assisted Chin Ups - -185lbs x 8
-180lbs x 8
-175lbs x 8
-170lbs x 8
-165lbs x 8
-160lbs x 8

Seated Wide Grip Cable Row - 60lbs x 8
65lbs x 8
70lbs x 8
75lbs x 8
80lbs x 8
85lbs x 8

Push Ups (regular) - 6 sets of 10

Scaption (weight of each DB) - 10lbs x 8
12lbs x 8
12lbs x 8
12lbs x 8
15lbs x 8
20lbs x 6

Dumbbell Skull Crushers (weight of each DB) - 10lbs x 8
12lbs x 8
15lbs x 8
20lbs x 8
20lbs x 8
25lbs x 6

Leg Raises - 6 sets of 10

Cardio - Elliptical 15 minutes (10 minutes forward/5 minutes reverse)
