I love food. Today's menu is;

2 continental 3 meat french rolls, lots of meat.
3 Gainers
2 Protein shakes
3 Serves of cereal
2 chicken breasts
2 Deluxe Whoppers from Burger King, plus sides

When I get home from work I'll make about a dozen pieces of french toast, then I'll finish my ice cream :D


How about you guys? I wanna hear crazy things!!

This is what I ate yesterday

2 protein shakes
1 bowl of cereal
2 sandwiches with a crapload of lunchmeat and cheese
4 johnsonville brauts (addicted to these things)
1 salad with ranch
2 baked potatos
3 pieces of left over chicken (el pollo loco)

This is not normal for me, LOL

1: 5 eggs, 2 oatmeal packets, 2 cups whole milk, cup of orange juice

2. MAXIMUS shake

3. Protein bar

4. Protein shake & bag of beef jerky

5. 2 power bars, 2 gatorades

6. Steak, rice and beans

In no particular order.

2 x gatarade

1.5 l water

2 l low fat milk

Glass of coke

400 gram steak with mash and carrot

2 scoops icecream

3 x syntha 6 protein shakes

3 eggs

2 cans smoked tuna with brown bread

snickers bar

half chicken with small serve potatoes

can't remember anything else

2 cans of tuna
salad with 6 shrimps
4-5 tablespoons of peanut butter
30 oz of skim milk
2 scoop nitrean

about 250g od protein and unknown amount of calories.

edit: the crazy thing is I didn't even put the pb on anything I just took a spoon and put it in the jar. pb is a meal by itself!

Breakfast: 4 eggs with cheese and mushrooms, two slices of toast, 4 cups of cottage cheese, couple glasses of milk.
After lifting: more cottage cheese
Lunch: All you can eat pizza. Probably ate a whole 16" pizza, a salad and a coke.
Snack: Protein shake
Dinner #1: Fazoli's sub sandwich, several bread sticks, fettucini alfredo, and a coke
Dinner #2: haven't eaten it yet. probably will be cottage cheese, couple glasses of milk, and whatever other left overs are in the fridge.

Yup...


I had to work today, so things are off a bit from my typical weekend breakfast of a 10-12 eggs and 3 slices of whole wheat toast with a dozen prunes followed by a protein shake.

Breakfast (6:30 am)
3 scoops Nitrean in skim milk
diet mountian dew

9 AM
2 scoops ON Whey in skim milk
2 packs oatmeal
6 graham crackers
diet mountian dew

11 AM
piece of steak

Lunch:
left over steak: about 16 ounces or so
rice
diet mountian dew.


afternoon (I actually ate this over about 45 minutes)
can of chicken
splurged and had a bag of sour cream and onion potato ships


Driving home:
2 scoops Nitrean in Skim milk
some corn.

About 7:30, hungry had a Novus Protein bar while I waited for the steaks to be done on the grill


Supper:
2 pork steaks off the grill
pasta
fresh green beans


before bed I'll probably have some yogurt and maybe another protein shake.

4-Protein/carb drink(post workout)

I slept in till 1 tonight and missed a meal.

Meal 1: 2 packets oatmeal, 2 scoops protein
Meal 2: 4oz chicken, potatos
Meal 3: 4 oz chicken, 4 oz pasta
Meal 4: grilled chix sandwhich, potatos
Meal 5: still to come, probably shake with oatmeal and protein

I ate like s**t today, or I should say I didn't eat enough.

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs and a bagel

Afternoon snack
We were at the mall and got these cards for some free French fries and a coke. So I had to split this between my wife our two kids.

Lunch
We went to a birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese so I filled up on some pizza.

Dinner
We went to Outback Steakhouse and I had a Ribeye with some veggies and a salad.

I think I need to start eating better.

Didn't get in NEAR enough yesterday, didn't have time to prepare food.

Then went to McDonalds post work,

For dinner last night after training I had:

1 protein shake
steak and mash with silverbeat
4 eggs with shreaded cheese
1 litre low fat milk

All within 2 hours

so far...
-2 cups milk 1%, 4 scoops whey
-1 carton egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups chocolate milk
-double quarter pounder with cheese
-steak 350-400g
-half a bag of munchies (peanuts baked in a seasoned coating) and 2 cups chocolate milk

Usual diet has more chicken no steak and no mcdicks... but a yummy day indeed.

10:00am; 1.5 ground chicken calzones (cooking light recipe), 2 scoops of Nitrean

2:00pm; Cut up fresh fruit, 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese, 2 scoops Nirean

6:00pm; 3 chicken fajitas, rice with refried beans

10:00pm; 1 can tuna with 1 tbsp lowfat olive oil mayo

I have been eating like this for 4 days and am down 19lbs.

I have tracked this basic type of diet many times in the past and always end up with around 30% protein, 40% carbs, and 30% fat. I shoot for 320-350 grams of protein a day and work the other numbers around it.

Dang you guys eat alot!!!!!!!

1. Yogurt + chocolate chip granola bar
2. 4 scrambled eggs + Whole wheat bagel + 2 scoops protein shake
3. Peanut butter jelly sandwich + Milk
4. Hand full almonds
5. 2 more scoops of protein powder

Planned for the rest of the night

6. Half a pizza
7. Protein Powder smoothie.

3/4 gallon of water

6am: protein shake, ~50grams, extra creatine, glutime, flax
10am: yogurt and granola mix
noon: Subway footlong chicken breast, chips, cookie
4pm: pure protien bar
6:30pm: two hamburgers, no cheese, handfull of grapes, coleslaw
big honkin rum and diet coke
will have at 9pm: same protien shake as in the morning

So far today:
1. Yogurt, granola, and blueberries.
2. Protein Bar and Lo-Carb Monster Energy Drink (on the way to the gym)
3. 4 Chicken Tenderloins with peas and corn (post workout meal)
4. Bagel with Cream Cheese
5. About a half of a box of Reeses Puffs cereal (I'm addicted)
6. Pulled Pork Sandwich, corn pudding, and green beans (I love City BBQ)
7. Probably a big bowl of ice cream before bed

Not much today compared to a normal day.

2 1/2 servings nitrean and a pack of pop tarts. some dark chocolate

12 oz ground beef

Chinese Buffet- 3 plates

Plate 1- Pepper chicken, Pepper steak, Honey Chicken, General TSO, Boneless Ribs
Plate 2- A lot more General TSO and Honey Chicken, Egg Roll
Plate 3- More Pepper Chicken, a boatload of fried rice
Napped for a bit after work cause I went to the eagles game last night and barely slept

4 jumbo scrambled eggs, big class of chocolate soymilk

Probably will have another 2 1/2 servings of nitrean and some walnuts.

9 pm-Half a cantaloupe
10pm-2 tacos, 1 bean and cheese tostada
11pm-Oatmeal raisin Tri-O-Plex cookies
11:30pm 500mgs caffeine via generic Vivarin
12am-trained
2am-4 barbacoa tacos w/corn tortillas and 20oz Coke
3:30am-Whataburger w/cheese and bacon
5:30am 3 more barbacoa tacos
7am-large chocolate shake
10am-half of a t-bone steak
10:30am-brownies and a glass of milk
