hello everyone,
i am 24 yrs old, 6'0 @ 210 lbs. my ultimate goal is to have a good looking body. ive been lifting for a while now learning the dos and donts of weight training. I eat healthy foods and take supplements such as fish oil and flaxseed oil. I want my muscles to show. My question is should i eat more or should i cut? What do you guys think? 27722

You're going to have to drop some weight if you want your muscles to show.

If you want your muscles to show... you're going to have to cut.

doesn't look to me like you have much to cut down to, not a lot of LBM in other words. If I were you I would eat just above maintenance (~200cal) and work out HARD for about 4 months. Hell, it's almost time to start winter bulking anyways.

^^^^

Just do what you're doing now, and up the cardio, lower the cals a little bit.

With cutting comes strength loss, but that's when the bulk starts again :D

You obviously aren't happy with the way you look now and the reason is because of the fat. Cut down to a bf% that you're comfortable with and slowly up the calories.

Its all about what you want, who cares what we think? Some guys would rather be bigger and at the same time fatter, others want to be lean all the time. Its all up to you man, do what YOU want to do.

Yeah what he said, it is up to you, imo I would build some muscle then cut, but you could lean out first then slowly build muscle.
