Today's gym session didn't exactly start as planned because i had a "wonderful" pre-workout. For ******ed reasons I walked 20 blocks in the heat. =) Loved it.

Box jumps 12 in
warm up: 5x1x6
15x4x5

Back raises
warm up: 8 reps without weight
10x1x5
25x3x8

Leg Press
135x3x8

Lat Pulldowns (underhand grip)
60x3x8

Ab work
straightleg sit ups with no weights:
1x8
2x12

I am very happy with my workout, Im also looking to strengthen my back, I learned how to not strain it when Im doing sit ups...I could never do them because it hurt and felt wrong. But now I curl into a ball.
