FYI I haven't done the creatine thing in a long time...... I noticed that some people take it pre workout and some people take it post workout. Now the directions say 1 serving preworkout on training days, which is two scoops. Would it be ok for me to take one scoop before and one scoop after?? Any benefits? Or should I just follow the *****ing directions and do what it says?

Nope, that won't hurt you at all.

In fact I often take one scoop, with a scoop of vanilla protein preworkout, and one scoop with another scoop of protein during the workout.
