Anybody have any killer smoothie recipes?
Lately ive been really into smoothies and been having one every night. Just last night I made one with Blueberries, strawberries, 1 peach, and a scoop of protein powder, it was pretty awesome. Any more ideas?

Strawberries + Strawberry Yogurt + Milk + Ice is pretty good, but nothing special, you can add bananas too if you're feeling saucy

Bananas make a great natural sweetener.

Here is what I do and it tastes amazing:

- non-fat or skim milk
- strawberries
- blueberries
- ice
- barlean's flax seed oil
- MPK Foods strawberry mist package (99 at the store)

I do.

I do 1.5 cups milk, 1.5 cups ice, banana, about 10 strawberries, 1 scoop vanilla protein (tasted really good with nitrean, I tried using myofusion and its too sweet). Blending in the magic bullet tastes AMAZING!!!!
Forgot to mention.. if not using protein I used 2 splenda packets.

That actually sounds really good. I bet some rasberries would be good in there also.

1 cup soy milk, 1/2 ice cold milk, 4 ice cubes, berries of any kinds, scoop of whey protein, 1tbspn peanut butter of your choice.

6oz milk, 4oz yogurt, large scoop whey protien,handfull of walnuts, half bannana, some strawberrys, alittle agave sweetner, a few ice cubes.

Banana + Avocado. Sounds funny but it is great (put in the standard milk, etc. as well)

2 scoops of protien, chocolate syrup (assuming your not on a weight loss diet..),2 big spoons of peanut butter, milk, (or water), ice (probably use rushed so its not so hard to blend), blend till its fine and it taste like a Reese's. I have the guy at the gym hook me up with one here and there.

P.S. you can add oats to this and not even notice they are there.

what i do is get a bag of just mixed fruit. usually consists of mango, strawberries, pinapple. Then you take 2 Tbsp of yogurt, banana, half cup of milk, and some OJ and blend it all together taste great. Also tastes amazing you throw in some protein shake mix =)
