WBB Bench Manual

I just got the Westside bench manual in the mail! Hot damn. Looks good. I have yet to read it but I thought I'd ask for thoughts from people who have read it and offer mine as I go through it.

Any thoughts? I'll give more as I read it. Hopefully we'll get a good discussion!
