Calories in < calories out
You need to be more specific.

You want Zen to do the work for you?
Here you go, now you can figure it out for yourself...
(From Daniel's article):
multiplying your target bodyweight by a factor of 14, 16, or 19, depending on your level of activity.
14 - Low activity, 1-3 hrs a week
16 - Medium activity, 4-7 hrs a week
19 - High activity, 8-11 hrs a week
That’s it! For our 250 lb. guy looking to hit 235 lbs and training 4 hrs per week, 3760 kcal (235 x 16) should be his target intake every day
But, you should read the whole article and learn so much more.

None of us can tell you that. People can give you ranges, but you need to know what your calorie needs are. Are you tracking your calories? Do you know your maintenance levels? Figure that out and drop 200-300 calories from it.
