Here's the nutrition facts of it. Simply compare it to other options like http://atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php?products_id=18 or plenty of other gainers. Personally i shop around plenty before i buy stuff and don't buy for fancy names or labeling.

I would not use this product - 84 grams of sugar per serving is excessive. There is no fiber and my guess is that the protein source is likely whey concentrate.

Since you are overseas I am not sure what products are available to you.

In many cases you can purchase a quality protein powder and then build things from there. A good quality protein blend combined with fruit, milk, oats, cream, peanut butter, etc. makes for a great high calorie MRP or gainer.

i was just swayed towards this for the high carbs to be honest. that is LOTS of sugar! should i look more at higher protein and add 'good' carbs myself. im only a beginer, do you have any personal favourites? prefrebly that i could get online from great britain? thanks

I am not sure what products are available in Great Britain, and shipping from the U.S.A. may be expensive.

Having a lot of carbohydrates is fine, but you want them to be complex carbs (non-sugar) if possible. Maltodextrin powder is relatively inexpensive or you can use something like oats for your carbohydrate source. Fruit is good for pre/post workout.

For a meal replacement something like 5-10 grams fat, 35-50 grams carbs, and around 40 grams protein is ideal. For a mass gainer you might look for 10-15 grams fat, 50-75 grams carbs, and 50+ grams protein. Drinking a shake with 156 grams of carbohydrates and more than half of that being sugar is not an optimal ratio and will lead to more fat gain than muscle gain.
