hi was on sus an deca now just cuttin down to the sus as want shape over water retention lol. is this ok? takin 2ml every 5days. last 2 have been just sus

water retentio is more down to diet bu 2ml of sust every 5 days is fine IMO. Not knowing anything about you means no1 can give you any advice.

Your max bench is 176 lbs, and your max squat is 220 lbs...

And you're taking steroids?

is that good?? because at the gym seems like im liftin lil weights next to every1 else. and yes 7 weeks into a course of sus&deca but have cut out the deca now. the other stats (ones i want) are all PB from when i was like 85kg natural. they are prob my max but train alone so cant really max out. want them as a comfortable weight.
only using to get to weight i was quickly

The point being made is you should not be using gear. At this point your best bet would be to stop all use, run proper PCT and then learn how to train and eat. Do not even reconsider AAS until you grow up and get the basics down.

the point is, no one is too concerned with how well you train or how well you eat, you have no business using steroids, you have a ways to go before maxing out any potential you might have. I do just about double on everything your sig says except leg press, i do about 4 times as much, and thats for reps not even max and I have never used steroids in my life and ive only been training about 1.5 years. You need to get a solid foundation of lifting and dieting, your tiny ass pic isn't that impressive, if you saw me on the street and told me you juiced i'd laugh in your face.

listen im glad your so big and strong naturally, but im not, and what i do is my decision and mine alone. has **** all to do with you. just dont post in my threads again if ya gunna look down ya nose at me. its pricks like you who make people not wanna walk into a gym and start trainin. you'd laugh in my face?? why? cause im tryin...i train hard an they help. dont care what you think. get off ya high-horse!

You made this thread in a public forum open to critique from other members, and thats what you got.

What everyone else is saying is, you aren't ready for steroids. You are nowhere close to your natural potential.

None of us are trying to be jerks, but you are looking at some serious damage to your body. You need to educate yourself more on AAS and keep lifting naturally for a good while.

You got opinions. They are all pretty much the same. That should be saying something. Take em or leave em.

ok ok. i know people only sayin their opinions but i didnt open this thread called 'shall i do steds'. i got annoyed at the fact people sayin not to do it. its my choise right? and im allready on them so too late to say that.
where i train every1 does them, they are everywhere. im not lookin to be world class weight lifter, i just wanted to get big faster... and its workin.
i understand all you guys trained so hard to get where you are and wish i could too but the reality is i dont have the time or lifestyle for that. i just love letting off steam and training hard in the gym. steroids really help with that and visual imrovement in noticable fairly quickly

I guarantee you if you would eat right and use a pre-made routine known to work well you would see numbers that knock your 'want' list of lifts out of the park. You're young enough not to need any steroids but youre at the point in your life where you will need them forever if you continue to use them and no one wants balls just for show.

people say steroids make you spotty, moody etc... never noticed anything like this up until last few days. starting to feel really easily frustrated which quickly turns to anger, is this the test im guessing. ive even noticed few spots on front shoulder?
i hit the gym hard everyday but yesterday i hurt my shoulder, ive trained much harder in past weeks and just get sore. isnt deca good for old injuries and recovery? could this be because ive stopped taking it?

Doesn't really have anything to do with mood swings, it has to do with screwing up your hormone levels for the rest of your life

I always discontinue the Nandrolone prior to ending a cycle that has testosterone in it. I seem to recover faster and my libido stays higher. Deca and test make me hold tons of water no matter my diet.

You need to understand this is a forum where people aren't going to blow smoke up your ass. People expect you to have done your homework. People expect you to have a solid base and years of experience. People like you come on here not ready and get offended when the experienced members jump on them, but that's how it goes here.

i just felt like the new guy, was just trying to act big. was lil intimidated. (theres some big guys on here ya know haha). but yes im sorry, after being on the site a while i realise there is soo much more. nows the time to learn.

Yeah dude lift longer and get more experience before trying steroids. How long have you been lifting for? I have been lifting for a little over 9 months. I don't want to sound mean but a 220lb max squat is nothing! I did 225 for 15 reps months back. I could probably do 220 for 20.

hey man, been lifting on and off for bout 3years, my stats are poor i know but that just what im at now, re-joined gym bout 3months ago. takes a few weeks to get back into it. once happy my trainig was going well i decided to start a cycle just to bulk up quicker and gain added strengh. when i stop the training the weight flys off, down to 10stone sometimes! i like what they do and will finish this cycle then stay well clear for a long time, just getting over the first hurdle of being smallest one in gym and wanna see the possitive changes quickly and get de-heartened and stray away for gym..again.

squats PB = 10 x 150kg



P.S. WOULD YOU GIVE FEEDBACK ON MY TRAINIG SESSION THREAD, WOULD REALLY APPRE*****E IT ALOT......
