Squat
1) 402 easy
2) 425 easy
3) 441 one red. New PR!
Bench
1) 225 easy
2) 241 slow but good. New comp PR!
3) 250 fail. O well
Deadlift
1) 407 easy
2) 429 slow but good. New comp PR
3) 441 fail. So close yet again!
The comp a month ago I totalled 467.5 kg. This time I totalled 505.5kg making my class 3 and intermediates. BTW I also dropped a weightclass from last comp a month ago. I'm stronger and a lot lighter... can't complain! I weighed in at 82.5kg... and I was in the 82.5kg class lol. Right as I did my last deadlift I got a call my dog died. A bit of bittersweet day for sure. She got poisoned by some plants. 10 years old and probably had a few more in her.

Nice work! Can't complain about an 84 lb improvement from 1 month ago. What federation do you lift in ? any gear / raw? Congrats on the big day, but sorry to hear about your dog. What kind of dog was it?

She was a sheltie/something else mix. We think it was a border collie or german shepard mix.
It was in the ipf. I wore a loose super centurion wraps and belt. Thanks!

Congratulations on your meet and numbers, brother.Sorry to hear about your dog,as well-after my years on this earth I have come to the conclusion that most dogs are a lot more noble than the majority of people on this planet.
