Just want to know how people wrap their wrist wraps?
Any tricks or tips to really lock the wrists straight or just wrap em nice and tight?
Thanks and good luck!

not sure if there is a actual way. but id say just plain 'nice an tight' i get as tight as i can on my wrists and leave next to no slack between bar an hand seems when its slack it squeezes the hands.

I know there is a video somewhere with Mark Bell demonstrating how to properly wrap wrists.

I was 'casting' mine with a 12" wrap just at the wrist so stop my wrists cocking back, I don't really know any tricks!

I cast my wrists like in the video with 36" APT Convicts. I just try to get them as tight as possible and make a fist while wrapping them like he says in the video.

Get em' tight brother... Your hands should be "tingling" from lack of blood flow after wrapping.

BTW, un-wrap between sets!!! Numb hands= no control of weight!

You can also chalk your wrists before wrapping to make them more cast like....

Evil,

I heard that man! I used to go "false" grip and the tight wraps helped me make the transition to gripping the bar (USAPL):(
