hi ive started in gym an training is goin well. i do eat well too but i want a proper diet. i was thinking some thing like this one below.....

Breakfast
2pc brown toast
Bowl of oats
Pint water
Vitimins+minerals

after gym
4 bananas
3 tins rice pudding
Protein shake
Pint water

Lunch
Meat sandwich
Fruit
Fresh Juice
Pint water

Snack
Protein shake
Handful of nuts

Dinner
Lean meat
Potato
Vegtables
Pint water

Dessert
Natural yogurt
Dried frit

Before Bed
Protein shake
pint water

it sems ok for me, i can eat at these times everyday and is very similar to what i would eat anyways. apart from a few things, especially dinner which i normally skip or have late and before bed i normally have cereal or nothing..

all feedback would be appre*****ed. thanks

more protein in morning then im guessin, 4bananas just cause i like them and obviously protein and pottasium, and milk on oats in mormings and cereal at night and in all shakes....... ways to imrove it??

really? because this seems alot for me.
what would you guess was my calorie intake from this.. ballpark figure.
do you think i could bulk from this?
thinking of getting mammoth 2500.
50g protein 150g+ carbs 1000cal

YOU need to figure out if that diet matches up to your Calories and Macros. Go to Fitday.com and track your diet.

protein content seems a little low. i assume those percentages are based off calories, though they wouldnt be far off if it were based off grams. i guess its no biggie as long as youre hitting your daily protein set point. I shoot for 200-250g a day (i was 268 last weigh in) and work my carb and fat around that.

grams= fat 137.9 carbs546.9 protein193.4
im tryin to take in more carbs than anything, figure i burn alot off in gym and work. i dont have a set point for any intake just trying to eat lots right now. obviously i will do in time but im still new to most of this. is it gram of protein per lb or kg of body weight i should be eating?

Are you seriously asking this question and you are currently doing a cycle? You need to stop the cycle pronto, get your diet and exercise in check for atleast 2-3 years and then maybe revisit the idea of steroids.

ive started and can see change, not going to stop now. i can think of 10 ppl of the top of my head, all in my gym, on steroids and they are all huge. its so easily available and i wanna be big! FAST!! this is best way, strengh is great right now and feel wonderful.

Wow. You have no idea how to even eat properly, yet you're on a cycle just because 10 other people in your gym are. I can't even find the words.
