I hate running but I like the idea of moving stuff to get a good cardio workout. I also find that olympic lifts take a lot out of me. So, This is my idea.

1) Dynamic stretches

The cycle starts here:
2) Light power cleans - 15 reps
3) Light OH squats - 10 reps
4) Farmers walks with DB - as far as possible
5) 30 second rest
Repeat 5 times.

How does this look? I am looking for something simple and fun and obviously taxing.
