I was more than happy this day. The two weeks prior I did conventional deadlifts with chains, looking like this.
Week 1 365+2 pr chain
Week 2 395+1 pr chain
Week 3 425 straight weight
Knowing what I was locking out at the top was quite the motivator for the next week. A PR with conventional means a PR with sumo, and a squat PR. Im going to use the same system with squats for three weeks, then sumo deadlifts. Im expecting to hit some big PRs all around.

Thanks guys! I always try to restrict myself to celebrating PRs on the day they happen, the next day its time to think about the next weight and how Im going to accomplish it. Between hitting the landmark weight and deciding on doing a meet in November motivation is through the roof.
