What bands should I order for doing pull-throughs?
I am currently using my sled, but I don't like the fact that the resistance is not consistant. My sled is an 80 lb tire, plus I throw another 90 lbs in it.

Light bands or averages, strong bands will be way too much.
I would get a pair of lights so you can use 1 or 2 at the same time.

Vogelphol even has mini's on (doubled) in his video where he is doing reverse hypers--I tried that the other day, its **** all hard... But that being said, they are pretty flexible depending on how hard you walk them out, or just use one doubled to get more force, one just single looped to be real easy. Basically, I would guess you'll be able to modify the force you get with just about any of those bands mentioned.

Thank you.

I used iron woodies for my first set of bands for the price, if you look after them they last. I'm going to get a replacement set from them after my last set was stolen, the newer 12" and 20" bands looking pretty cool!
