On one or two off days from the gym I want to start doing hill sprints for GPP instead of taking the drive out to the gym and use the prowler.

I was wondering if the hill sprints should be done upon waking on an empty stomach or if they can be done at any point during the day? Also, should I drink my typical Waxymaize/Gatorade shake while doing the sprints like I would during a typical workout?

All thoughts will be much appreciated. Thank you.
